Common questions

• Manage or cancel a subscription — purchased on an Apple device: open Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Purchased on the web: manage it from your account billing page.
• Delete your account — open the app's Settings and choose to delete your account; this removes your personal data.
• Reset your password — use "Forgot password" on the sign-in screen.
• Not receiving digests — check that your journals and interests are set, and that the digest isn't paused, then contact us if it persists.
